This video was presented at the Nebraska State Dental Convention and shows that amalgam (aka mercury) fillings are potentially harmful. This video was put out by a respectable organization and is based on evidence-based scientific studies proving that mercury does leach out of these fillings, now you need to be aware that the white (aka composite) fillings are safe, as far as we know, but he silver ones are the type of fillings that contain Mercury. It was also presented at the convention that dentistry should collaborate care w/ chiropractic because of the relationship with the nervous system, TMJ, and other body structures.
