How educated is your Chiropractor?

The education a Chiropractor must go through is extensive, often exceeding that of your regular physician. Your Chiropractors limited knowledge about pharmaceuticals and surgery is by choice. Remember, a Chiropractors service is all natural and holistic! Therefore, these modalities do not belong into his/her realm of specialty practice. 

However, be assured that Chiropractors do study and understand the various types of drugs, surgeries and their extensive number of side effects. This allows your Chiropractor to determine if a medication you are currently taking could be aggravating a current ailment or if an alternative to surgery exist. Modern medicine and surgery does have it's place - but be aware that it is often not meant to be a cure, but simply a relief from symptoms like pain.
