             I had been dealing with lower and middle back pain for about two years.  My husband finally convinced me to contact a chiropractor.  I am so glad I did.  It only took visiting Dr. Lavaley two times before I started noticing a difference.  After my fourth visit, my back pain was eliminated and I could start enjoying giving my children baths and sitting on bleachers to watch my husband coach.

             Dr. Lavaley was great at working around my schedule.  I will call him at noon on a day I would need to see him and he would say “come on in this afternoon.”  The office is very welcoming and always clean.

             After the birth of my first child I started having a lot of digestion problems, I tried numerous things, but it only got worse.  I finally adopted a dairy-free diet and had some success.  After the birth of my second child, I had many problems.  I still was dairy-free, but now I couldn’t eat many other things.  I was frequently sick and struggled to be the mom I wanted to be.  We could never go anywhere and going out to eat was impossible.  I went to a gastroenterologist and had many tests done.  All test came back normal.  I was told that the next time I would go back they would order more tests.  (This doctor was over an hour away.)  My husband happened to meet Mrs. Lavaley and she suggested that I just try chiropractic treatment.  I was very nervous, but was willing to do anything to live a normal life again.  Dr. Lavaley made me feel immediately comfortable and made me optimistic that this could work.  I had signs of improvement following my first visit.  When I had a question about something, I emailed Dr. Lavaley hoping to have returned email by the end of the weekend.  I had the email returned within the hour and a phone call to check on my progress.  All follow up visits were quick and comfortable.  Dr. Lavaley is extremely easy to work with.  Visits are always simple to schedule and I never have to wait.  He takes into consideration that I’m a working mom and busy.  With Dr. Lavaley’s help, after 3-1/2 years I can now have many foods I couldn’t before.  I feel better than I ever have.  I appreciate all Dr. Lavaley has done for me. 

             Even though I was worried about going to a chiropractor for a digestion problem, everything was explained to me and I felt very comfortable in the office.  Dr. Lavaley made if easy to get an appointment and is willing to work during non-traditional working hours.

             In 1966, when I was 12 years old, I sustained an injury to my lower back and hip in a fall.  For the next 38 years, my doctor provided temporary relief with cycles of physical therapy, anti-inflammatories, muscle relaxants, and pain medication, but the pain always returned.

             In 2004, I began chiropractic treatment.  I had three adjustments the first week and was cautioned by the Chiropractor that I may be uncomfortable for a short time as muscles adjusted to the proper alignment, but that if I persevered, relief would come.  At the end of three weeks, I felt a marked improvement, and after six weeks, I was completely pain free for the first time in 38 years.  I have continued with monthly maintenance for the past six years and have not only remained pain free from the injury that originally brought me to the Chiropractor, but found that he was able to improve other conditions, such as chronic allergies, blood pressure issues, and stomach ulcers.

             I have found Chiropractic care to be very cost efficient, as I am spending less than $450 per year (compared to the $1500-$2000 or more I was spending for medical appointments and prescriptions) and receiving better results.

             Doctor Lavaley’s office is clean, modern, and very comfortable.  Costs and procedures are thoroughly explained in easy to understand terms.  When calling his office, you are able to talk to him directly, and you will be seen very quickly.  After the initial visit, subsequent appointments take only a few minutes with virtually no waiting time.  I enthusiastically recommend Chiropractic to anyone seeking cost efficient, drug-free health care!
